description The research on gender training 1 based on the subjectivity-intersubjectivity that underlies the act of gendered subjectivity, the perception and awareness that the training subjects generate in their actions, responds to a motivation in which they combine , paradoxically, two fundamental elements: the personal and the social. When interacting, these elements generate social gender relations that, despite their complex tension, can play an essential formative role in the construction of conscious subjects of their acts.Uncovering what these relationships entail from specific gender situations requires a critical reflection that allows the identification of substantial findings for the construction of emancipatory and transforming training processes. However, the clarification of the meanings and scope of these relationships implies a methodological difficulty, because the construction of rules is made on the basis of an open constitutive, in which people participate in a permanent game of interactions in the who carry and follow one or several guidelines. This research, precisely, gives an account of what can be done by those who, when interacting, present argued propositions about the problematic and revealing phenomenon of gender.In the unveiling of subjectivity, experience plays a fundamental role because it represents the enthusiasm towards the phenomenon in which the subject is immersed, but it offers a difficulty in pretending, on the one hand, to be aware of what is happening, and on the other, think about the possibilities of change. This complex exercise confronts and recreates the similarity between the structure of experience and the possibility contemplated as part of its construction, in which it is not possible to reach a full level of satisfaction. In any case, the phenomenon stands as a possibility of understanding, since its alternation affects the world view in relation to other everyday visions.

La investigación en torno a la formación de género con base en la subjetividad-intersubjetividad que subyace al acto de subjetividad generizada, la percepción y la consciencia que generan en su actuar los/as sujetos formadores, responde a una motivación en la que se conjugan, de modo paradójico, dos elementos fundamentales: el personal y el social. Al interactuar, estos elementos generan relaciones sociales de género que, a pesar de su compleja tensión, pueden cumplir un papel formador esencial en la construcción de sujetos conscientes de sus actos. Develar lo que encierran estas relaciones desde situaciones de género específicas requiere una reflexión crítica que permita identificar hallazgos sustanciales para la construcción de procesos de formación emancipadores y transformadores. Sin embargo, el esclarecimiento de los sentidos y alcances de estas relaciones implica una dificultad metodológica, debido a que la construcción de reglas se hace sobre la base de un constitutivo abierto, en el cual las personas participan dentro de un juego permanente de interacciones en las que portan y siguen una o varias pautas. Esta investigación, precisamente, da cuenta de lo que pueden hacer quienes al interactuar presentan proposiciones argumentadas frente al problemático y revelador fenómeno de género. En el develamiento de la subjetividad, la experiencia juega un rol fundamental porque representa el entusiasmo hacia el fenómeno en el cual el sujeto está inmerso, pero ofrece una dificultad al pretender, por un lado, tener consciencia de qué está sucediendo, y por otro, pensar en las posibilidades de cambio. Este complejo ejercicio enfrenta y recrea la semejanza entre la estructura de la experiencia y la posibilidad contemplada como parte de su construcción, en la que no es posible alcanzar un nivel pleno de satisfacción. De todas formas, el fenómeno se erige como posibilidad de comprensión, ya que su modo de alternancia afecta la visión de mundo en relación con otras visiones cotidianas.
