description | Didactic Unit: the teaching of organizational control, is the result of the research project with SGI 2753 entitled “Didactics of the social sciences”, which was obtained through an interdisciplinary effort that contributes to the training processes of the Public Accounting and Business Administration programs of the Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, Chiquinquira campus. It is configured as an approach to teaching and learning organizational control, and applies a style that goes beyond traditional approaches to education.In this didactic unit, relevant elements in the training were considered, such as students’ previous knowledge and personal experiences, essential knowledge in the teaching-learning process. This is the starting point for the teacher to structure guidelines, activities and techniques to be developed in the classroom, when yielding to didactic transposition, in order to enhance critical thinking and conceptual evolution.Finally, this text gives a glimpse of the design, implementation and evaluation of a didactic unit of organizational control, which arises from the previous ideas of the population under study, students of the Public Accounting and Business Administration programs. Se configura como un acercamiento a la enseñanza - aprendizaje del control organizacional, que aplica un estilo que va más allá de los enfoques tradicionales de educación.En esta unidad didáctica, se consideraron elementos relevantes en la formación, como los conocimientos previos y las experiencias propias de los estudiantes, saberes imprescindibles en el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje. Punto de partida para que el docente estructure pautas, actividades y técnicas a desarrollar en el aula, al ceder paso a la transposición didáctica, con la finalidad de potenciar el pensamiento crítico y la evolución conceptual.Finalmente, este texto, deja entrever el diseño, implementación y evaluación de una unidad didáctica de control organizacional, que surge de las ideas previas de la población objeto de estudio, estudiantes de los programas Contaduría Pública y Administración de Empresas. Así, esta investigación, convoca a los profesores a contar con el uso de nuevas estrategias pedagógicas y didácticas que alcancen el conocimiento científico y la evolución conceptual en los discentes, sin desconocer los métodos cognoscitivos y su aplicación en contextos reales, para fomentar un aprendizaje permanente en el que se considere al estudiante y al docente, como actores dinámicos dentro del proceso formativo.
