Summary:The Fourth Industrial Revolution, characterized by the integration of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, the In-ternet of Things and cloud computing, is configured for organizatio-nal management in an unprecedented environment. Just to cite a few events: decision-making relies on the analysis of large amounts of data that indicate trends and patterns, production processes move towards automation and additive manufacturing, supply chain management ensures its reliability and efficiency with the Blockchain, human management and stakeholder relationship management resort to augmen-ted reality to make interaction more effective. This work represents an approximation to the hypotheses and research developments that are being raised from the academy, about the disruptions that the Fourth Industrial Revolution supposes in the organizational field.
