description | This book analyses aspects of profesional practice, especially the patterns of communicative interaction of professors of the Bachelor of Mathematics at UPTC and their resignification based on reflection on their own practice. For this purpose, four main topics were used as reference points: interactions; the professors’ pedagogical and didactic models; the didactic analysis of a class, emphasizing the onto-semiotic approach to mathematical cognition, which was taken as a reference for this study; and communication, understood as a social interaction mediated by language, in which the objective of each subject is to understand and be understood. This research corresponds to a mixed study with qualitative predominance, interpretive descriptive approach and case study methodology. The fieldwork consisted of activities carried out within the Collaborative Work Group, composed of three professors and the researcher, all with a Degree in Mathematics from the UPTC, in which they reflecte on the pedagogical practice of the participants in the group. A complete analysis was carried out before, during and after the collaboration, which made it posible to identify aspects of resignification. One of the fundamental conclusions of the research is that, at the end of the work with the collaborative workgroup, the professors were able to give a new meaning to their profesional practices, moving from a class typology with unidirectional characteristics to one with reflective characteristics. They also managed to resignify the patterns of communicative interaction, since in the first phase patterns were presented that centered on the professor, but later they focused on the student. |

En este libro se analizan aspectos de la práctica profesional, en especial los patrones de interacción comunicativa de docentes de la Licenciatura en Matemáticas de la UPTC y su resignificación con base en la reflexión sobre su propia práctica. Para ello, se emplearon referentes desde cuatro grandes tópicos: las interacciones; los modelos pedagógicos y didácticos del profesor; el análisis didáctico de una clase, haciendo énfasis en el enfoque ontosemiótico de la cognición matemática, el cual fue tomado como referente para este estudio; y la comunicación, entendida como una interacción social mediada por el lenguaje, en la que el objetivo de cada sujeto es entender y hacerse entender. Esta investigación corresponde a un estudio mixto con predominio cualitativo, enfoque descriptivo interpretativo y metodología de estudio de caso. El trabajo de campo consistió en actividades realizadas dentro del Grupo de Trabajo Colaborativo — compuesto por tres profesores y el investigador, todos de la Licenciatura en Matemáticas de la UPTC — , en las cuales se reflexionó sobre la práctica pedagógica de los participantes del grupo. Se llevó a cabo un análisis completo antes, durante y después del trabajo colaborativo, que permitió determinar aspectos de resignificación. Una de las conclusiones fundamentales de la investigación es que, al finalizar la labor con el grupo de trabajo colaborativo, los docentes lograron dar un nuevo significado a sus prácticas profesionales, pues pasaron de una tipología de clase con características unidireccionales a una con características reflexivas. También consiguieron resignificar los patrones de interacción comunicativa, puesto que en la primera fase se presentaron patrones centrados en el profesor, pero después estos se enfocaron en el estudiante.
