description To face the enormous social changes that are underway, the assertive communication is of a great importance for the human coexistence, therefore, it is vital the search for novel ways to mediate among the forms of interactions generated from the services internet is offering. Through participant observations, interviews, analysis of documents and diverse strategies to innovate the coexistence, it is possible to establish “Technology as a mediate instrument for the school coexistence”, which uses the modern communication as a tool to face the school conflicts among equals, and as a way of active participation.

Frente a los grandes cambios sociales que se están viviendo, la comunicación asertiva se ha tornado indispensable para la interacción entre los seres humanos, es por ello que se hace importante la búsqueda de novedosas maneras de mediación para las nuevas formas de interacción generadas a través de los servicios ofrecidos por la Internet. Mediante la observación participante, la entrevista, el análisis de documentos y la elaboración de diferentes estrategias innovadoras de convivencia, se logra establecer “La tecnología como instrumento de mediación en la convivencia escolar”, la cual utiliza las maneras actuales de comunicación como herramienta para abordar los conflictos escolares entre iguales, como una forma de participación activa. Face aux grands changements sociaux que l’on est en train de vivre, la communication assertive est devenue indispensable pour l’interaction entre les êtres humains, c’est pour cela que la recherche de nouvelles fomres de médiations devienne importante, pour les nouvelles manières d’interaction générées `a travers les services offerts par l’Internet. On arrive `a etablir « la technologie comme instrument de médiation dans la convivialité scolaire » grâce `a l’observation participative, l’interview, l’analyse de documents et l’élaboration de différentes stratégies innovatrices de convivialité. Cette technologie-là utilise les manières actuelles de communication en tant qu’outil pour aborder les conflits scolaires entre pairs,comme une forme de participation active. Na frente das grandes mudanças sociais que estão aparecendo, a boa comunicação vemse tornando indispensável para a interação entre os seres humanos, é por causa disso que é importante a procura de formas inovadoras de mediação para as novas formas de interação geradas pelos serviços oferecidos pelo internet. Diante a observação participante, a entrevista, a análise de documentos, e a elaboração de diferentes estratégias inovadoras de convivência, se consegue estabelecer “La tecnologia como instrumento de mediação na convivência escolar”, a que utiliza as formas atuais de comunicação como ferramenta para abordar os conflitos escolares entre iguais, como uma forma de participação ativa.
