This article attempts to further the theorization on the use of philosophical dissertation as a practical strategy, reconstructing the ideas of professor Miguel Angel Gomez Mendoza. Likewise, we propose dissertation as an oral practice, based on the educational practices and argumentative field that pertain to philosophy. El campo de la didáctica de la filosofía ha estado enmarcado por diferentes posturas que transitan entre lo teórico y práctico, este escrito intenta retomar la estrategia  disertación filosófica desde el ámbito práctico, reconstruyendo los postulados del profesor Miguel Ángel Gómez Mendoza, pero además propone una disertación oral, basándose en las prácticas educativas y en el ámbito argumentativo que defiende la filosofía. Le domaine de la didactique de la philosophie a été encadré par de différentes positions qui se trouvent entre la théorie et la pratique, ce critère essaye de reprendre la stratégie dissertation philosophique dès le domaine pratique, en reconstruisant les postulats du professeur Miguel Ángel Gómez Mendoza. En plus, on propose une dissertation orale, en prenant comme base les pratiques éducatives et l’ambiance argumentative qui est supportée par la philosophie. O campo da didática da filosofia tem estado abalizado por diferentes posições que se movimentam entre o teórico e o prático, neste texto tenta-se retomar a estratégia dissertação filosófica desde o âmbito prático, reconstruindo os postulados do professor Miguel Gómez Mendoza, mas além disso, propõe-se uma dissertação oral, baseando-se nas práticas educativas e no âmbito argumentativo que defende a filosofia.
