Followed by a physical activity program, in which we work and evaluated its result. For this, we used mixed research approach, in which we used action research. In this way, we conclu- ded physical activity, in addition to having a great educational value, it constitutes a spontaneous life action, from which social norms and relationships are fostered.

El presente artículo de investigación, se enfoca en el análisis de la actividad física para la mejora convivencial en estudiantes de séptimo grado de un colegio del sector privado de Tunja-Boyacá. De este modo, se tienen en cuenta dos categorías inductivas de estudio como lo son; convivencia escolar y actividad física, por ello, se realizó un diagnóstico, por medio de cuestionario de convivencia escolar de Del Rey, Casas y Ortega (2003), paso seguido se diseñó un programa de actividad física, el cual evaluó su resultado. En tanto, se utilizó el enfoque de investigación mixto, con la corriente de la investigativa acción, con el fin de generar un cambio en la práctica educativa. Es así, como se logró concluir que la actividad física además de tener un gran valor educativo constituye una acción vital espontánea, que se fomenta normas y relaciones sociales.
