description | This article is a product of a research process carried out in the framework of the Latin American Evaluation Project of Attitudes Relating to Science, Technology and Society (LAEPARSTS). A Science, Technology and Society viewpoint questionnaire (STSVQ) was applied to Universidad Pedagogica y Tecnologica de Colombia professors of Natural Sciences and Environmental Education. Based on its results, it is presented the identification of professors’ attitudes towards the relationships between Science, Technology and Society (STS). This study centers on an educational perspective of scientific and technological literacy processes, the nature of sciences and technology (NST), and the STS’ relationships. The submitted results are useful to plan strategies in order to reduce the negative index obtained in some sentences, questions and categories in specific topics where failures were evidenced.As for very positive attitudes, these could be used as structuring elements in the reconstruction of negative attitudes so as to achieve significant learning. |

El artículo es producto del proceso de investigación realizado en el marco del Proyecto Iberoamericano de Evaluación de Actitudes Relacionadas con la Ciencia, la Tecnología y la Sociedad (PIEARCTS), y presenta la identificación de las actitudes hacia las relaciones CTS de docentes de la Licenciatura en Ciencias Naturales y Educación Ambiental de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, a partir de la aplicación del Cuestionario de Opiniones sobre Ciencia, Tecnología y Sociedad (COCTS). Este estudio se centra en una perspectiva educativa de los procesos de alfabetización científica y tecnológica, la Naturaleza de la Ciencia y la Tecnología (NdCyT) y las relaciones entre la Ciencia, la Tecnología y la Sociedad (CTS). Los resultados presentados son útiles para planificar estrategias que mitiguen los índices negativos de algunas frases, cuestiones y categorías en temas específicos donde se evidenciaron falencias. En cuanto a las actitudes muy positivas se podrían utilizar como elementos estructurantes de la reconstrucción de actitudes negativas con el fin de lograr aprendizajes significativos. Cet article est le résultat du processus de recherches réalisé dans le cadre du Projet Latino-américain d’Évaluation des Attitudes en Rapport avec la Science, la Technologie et la Société (PIEARCTS), et il présente une identification des attitudes, par rapport à la Science, la Technologie et la Société (CTS), des enseignants de la Maîtrise en Sciences Naturelles et Éducation Environnementale de l’Université Pédagogique et Technologique de Colombie, suite à l’application du Questionnaire d’opinions au sujet des Sciences, de la Technologie et de la Société (COCTS). Cette étude est orientée vers une perspective éducative des processus d’alphabétisation scientifique et technologique, la Nature de la Science et la Technologie (NdCyT) et les relations CTS. Les résultats présentés sont utiles afin de permettre de planifier des stratégies qui puissent mitiger les indices négatifs de certaines phrases, questions et catégories dans des thèmes spécifiques où des failles ont été mises en évidence. Quant aux attitudes très positives, celles-ci pourraient être utilisées comme des éléments structurels de la reconstruction d’attitudes négatives afin d’obtenir un apprentissage significatif. Este artigo é produto do processo de pesquisa feito no cenário do Projeto Ibero-americano de Avaliação de Atitudes Relacionadas com a Ciência, a Tecnologia e a Sociedade (PIEARCTS), e apresenta a identificação das atitudes em direção as relações entre a Ciência, a Tecnologia e a Sociedade (CTS) de docentes da Licenciatura em Ciências Naturais e Educação Ambiental da Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, feito da aplicação do Questionário de Opiniões sobre Ciência, Tecnologia y Sociedade (COCTS).
