description The objective of this paper was to develop and evaluate the training process, during the undergraduate work, based on collaborative learning with students of Agricultural Production and for the control of weevils in Musaceae. The design was based on a control group and an experimental group articulating the pedagogical process with the technical one in ten training sessions in diverse learning environments. The rubric was the tool that supported the pedagogical evaluation from the collaborative learning in the experimental group and was compared with the traditional evaluation in the control group. Action research was used and the pedagogical process was implemented in theoretical and practical classes. The results showed significant differences in attention capacity. Conclusion: Collaborative learning is an effective strategy for disciplinary mastery and is significantly related to academic performance and the ability to share different ideas in the students of the experimental group, with respect to the students of the control group.

Es una  ponencia cuyo objetivo fue el de desarrollar y evaluar el proceso formativo, durante el trabajo de grado,  con base en el aprendizaje colaborativo con estudiantes de Licenciatura en Producción Agropecuaria y para el dominio de medios de control de picudos en Musáceas.  El diseño se basó en un grupo control y otro experimental articulando el proceso pedagógico con el técnico en diez sesiones formativas en ambientes de aprendizaje diversos. La rúbrica fue la herramienta que apoyo la evaluación pedagógica desde el aprendizaje colaborativo en le grupo experimental y se comparó con la evaluación tradicional en el grupo control. Se acudió a la investigación acción y  el proceso pedagógico se implementó en clases teórico-prácticas. Los resultados mostraron diferencias significativas en la capacidad de atención. Conclusión: El aprendizaje colaborativo es una estrategia eficaz para el dominio disciplinar y se relaciona significativamente con el rendimiento académico y la capacidad de compartir distintas ideas en los estudiantes del grupo experimental, respecto a los estudiantes del grupo control. O objetivo deste trabalho foi desenvolver e avaliar o processo de treinamento, durante o trabalho de conclusão de curso, com base na aprendizagem colaborativa com alunos do curso de Bacharelado em Produção Agrícola e para o controle de gorgulhos em Musaceae. O projeto foi baseado em um grupo de controle e um grupo experimental, articulando o processo pedagógico com o processo técnico em dez sessões de treinamento em diversos ambientes de aprendizagem. A rubrica foi a ferramenta que apoiou a avaliação pedagógica a partir da aprendizagem colaborativa no grupo experimental e foi comparada com a avaliação tradicional no grupo de controle. Foi utilizada a pesquisa-ação e o processo pedagógico foi implementado em aulas teóricas e práticas. Os resultados mostraram diferenças significativas na capacidade de atenção. Conclusão: A aprendizagem colaborativa é uma estratégia eficaz para o domínio da disciplina e está significativamente relacionada ao desempenho acadêmico e à capacidade de compartilhar ideias diferentes nos alunos do grupo experimental, em comparação com os alunos do grupo de controle.
