Summary:This article established as a general objective to determine the incidence of age and gender in the social attitudes of the population of the city of Tunja, Boyacá towards the social reintegration of ex-FARC-EP combatants, the above based on the identification of attitudes in consideration of the age and gender of this population in a context of social reintegration. The study was developed with 90 inhabitants of the city, 45 men and 45 women, subdividing each gender into 3 stages of development (Youth, Adulthood and Elderly with 15 participants respectively), using the quantitative approach through data collection. and statistical analysis under the research technique called survey. Obtaining as a result the identification of favorable/negative attitudes, neutral with an unfavorable tendency, neutral with a favorable tendency and favorable/positive with a greater incidence in the first two, being the masculine gender the most dynamic in its results and the feminine the most neutral, being able to establish the incidence of age and gender as a cultural construction that determines behavioral expressions expected and/or legitimized by society.
