The study was developed with 90 inhabitants of the city, 45 men and 45 women, subdividing each gender into 3 stages of development (Youth, Adulthood and Elderly with 15 participants respectively), using the quantitative approach through data collection. and statistical analysis under the research technique called survey.
Obtaining as a result the identification of favorable/negative attitudes, neutral with an unfavorable tendency, neutral with a favorable tendency and favorable/positive with a greater incidence in the first two, being the masculine gender the most dynamic in its results and the feminine the most neutral, being able to establish the incidence of age and gender as a cultural construction that determines behavioral expressions expected and/or legitimized by society. |

Este artículo estableció como objetivo general determinar la incidencia de la edad y el género en las actitudes sociales de la población de Tunja (Boyacá), frente a la reintegración social de excombatientes de las ex FARC–EP, lo anterior a partir de la identificación de las actitudes en consideración de la edad y el género de esta población en un contexto de reintegración social. El estudio se desarrolló con 90 habitantes de la ciudad, 45 hombres y 45 mujeres subdividiendo cada género en tres etapas del desarrollo (Juventud, Adultez y Persona Mayor, con 15 participantes cada uno), haciéndose uso del enfoque cuantitativo a través de la recolección de los datos y análisis estadístico bajo la técnica de investigación denominada encuesta. Obteniendo como resultado la identificación de actitudes favorables/negativas, neutras con tendencia desfavorable, neutras con tendencia favorable y favorables/positivas con una mayor incidencia en las dos primeras, siendo el género masculino el más dinámico en sus resultados y el femenino el más neutro, pudiendo establecer la incidencia de la edad y el género como una construcción cultural que determina expresiones comportamentales esperadas y/o legitimadas por la sociedad.
