We followed our schedule in the issues planned for 2020. La Palabra sobrevive a un año más de trabajo editorial. Por lo tanto, es importante hacer un balance de 2020. Varias han sido las circunstancias que han variado nuestro trabajo en este año de pandemia, donde pudimos, recurriendo a la usanza de muchas otras revistas, haber convocado un número sobre literatura y pandemia o algo por el estilo, esto podría responder a la lógica de la vida actual donde la actualización genera resultados en reproducciones, diseminación de información masiva y distribución de esta por la red. No quisimos responder a esa lógica sino que respetamos el proceso editorial que se había planeado desde el año pasado. La Palabra sobrevive mais um ano de trabalho editorial. Portanto, é importante fazer um balanço de 2020. Várias têm sido as circunstâncias que modificaram o nosso trabalho nesse ano de pandemia, no que tivéssemos podido, como feito por outras revistas, fazer uma chamada de publicação sobre literatura e pandemia ou algo similar, isto poderia responder à lógica da vida atual na qual a atualização gera resultados em reproduções, disseminação da informação massiva e distribuição dessa na internet. Não quisemos responder a essa lógica, mas respeitamos o processo editorial que tinha sido planejado o ano passado.
