El presente artículo se estructura en varios apartados: Pandemia y educación, que aborda algunos aspectos que se han dado en los contextos educativos producto de la pandemia del covid-19; Reflexiones en torno a la escuela, en donde se plantean algunas tensiones y distensiones que experimenta la escuela; Aspectos fundamentales de las emociones, dedicado a resaltar algunas características de las emociones y su relevancia, con especial énfasis en las emociones en el profesorado y la incidencia de estas en su bienestar; y por último, Reflexiones finales, en donde se invita a que las personas se reconozcan como seres emocionales y fortalezcan la empatía y sus vínculos interpersonales. O presente artigo estrutura-se em vários apartados: Pandemia e educação, que aborda alguns aspectos que se têm dado nos contextos educativos produto da pandemia da covid-19; Reflexões em torno à escola, onde planteiam-se algumas tensões e distensões que experimenta a escola; Aspectos fundamentais das emoções, dedicado a ressaltar algumas características das emoções e sua relevância, com especial ênfase nas emoções no professorado e a incidência destas em seu bem-estar; e por último, Reflexões finais, onde convida-se a que as pessoas reconheçam-se como seres emocionais e fortaleçam a empatia e seus vínculos interpessoais.
