The research was carried out from a qualitative approach, taking action research as a development axis, as it allows to identify, construct, improve and understand social practices in a self-reflective way, work on a concrete contextualized reality, test a hypothesis, and encourage the participation of the community under study. The proposal was developed through discussion groups, which enabled the active participation of students who generated significant knowledge and participated in their learning process. |

Este artículo presenta los resultados del proyecto de investigación “La disertación filosófica como método para la enseñanza de la filosofía”, que propone fortalecer la apropiación de conceptos, expresión oral, investigación y estructuración del pensamiento epistemológico de los estudiantes. La investigación fue realizada desde un enfoque cualitativo, tomando la investigación acción como eje desarrollo, en cuanto permite identificar, construir, mejorar y comprender las prácticas sociales de manera auto reflexivo, trabajar sobre una realidad concreta contextualizada, probar una hipótesis, y favorecer la participación de la comunidad objeto de estudio. La propuesta se desarrolló a través de grupos de discusión, lo cual posibilitó la participación activa de los estudiantes quienes generaron conocimientos significativos y fueron partícipes de su proceso de aprendizaje.
