Conclusions:It is concluded that in this university, the internal divisions of the student collectives, together with the repressive policies of expulsion and the non-involvement of the social and union sector in the movement, diverted the path of a local negotiation that would have allowed the dream of university co-government to be fulfilled at that time. This was only achieved in Colombia until 1991 with the change of the country's political constitution. |

El Objetivo: de este trabajo se centra, en el análisis del movimiento estudiantil de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, en el año 1971. Originalidad/aporte: se centraliza, en la movilización y planteamientos de reforma estudiantil por conseguir el cogobierno universitario, que realizaron los grupos políticos de izquierda, en esta institución. Método: se inscribió en la historia política Estrategia/recolección de información: se enfocaron en la recuperación de la memoria de sus protagonistas, contrastada con la revisión de las Actas de los consejos académico y superior y las publicaciones de la prensa nacional sobre el tema de las movilizaciones estudiantiles. Conclusiones: se puede concluir que, en esta universidad, las divisiones internas de los colectivos estudiantiles, junto con las políticas represivas de expulsión y la no vinculación del sector social y sindical a movimiento, incidieron en el hecho de no lograr una negociación local que permitiera alcanzar el sueño del cogobierno universitario, que sólo se lograría en Colombia, hasta el año 1991, con el cambio de la Constitución política del país. Objetivo: deste trabalho se centra na análise do movimento estudantil da Universidade Pedagógica e Tecnológica da Colômbia, no ano de 1971. Originalidad/aporte: consiste, na mobilização e propostas da reforma estudantil por conseguir o cogoverno universitário, que realizaram os grupos políticos de esquerda nesta instituição. Método se inscreve na história política e a metodologia e Estratégia/coleta de dados: focam na recuperação da memória de suas protagonistas, contrastada com a revisão das Atas dos conselhos acadêmico e superior e as publicações da imprensa nacional sobre o tema das mobilizações estudantis. Conclusões: É possível concluir que, nesta universidade, as divisões internas dos coletivos estudantis, juntamente com as políticas repressivas de expulsão e a não vinculação do setor social e sindical ao movimento, influenciaram no fato de não conseguir uma negociação local que permitisse alcançar o sonho do co-governo universitário, que somente seria realizado na Colômbia, até o ano de 1991, com a mudança da Constituição política do país.
