This is a proposal to strengthen the pedagogical innovation in advising school projects. This project is carried out at Institución Educativa Departamental Tisquesusa of Susa town (Cundinamarca). The study develops an action research which begins with a preliminary case-study analysis and describes the textual communication and group work in the disclosure of important elements of social interaction within the virtual context. Later on, as a part of the strengthening of the teaching-learning processes of pedagogical innovation, it proposes a structure composed by a TIC infrastructure and textual communication competences, group work and the use of TIC, necessary to optimize the social interaction within e-learning.

El presente artículo surge de una investigación en curso, tiene como objetivo el estudio de la interacción social mediada por la plataforma para aprendizaje electrónico (e-learning) llamada CHAMILO, propuesta para fortalecer la innovación pedagógica en la asesoría de proyectos escolares, realizada en la Institución Educativa Departamental Tisquesusa del municipio de Susa, Cundinamarca. El estudio desarrolla una investigación, acción que inicia con un estudio de caso preliminar, analiza y describe la comunicación textual y el trabajo grupal en el develamiento de elementos importantes de la interacción social en el contexto virtual. Posteriormente, como parte del fortalecimiento en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje de la innovación pedagógica, plantea una estructura conformada por la infraestructura en TIC y las competencias en comunicación textual, trabajo grupal y uso de TIC, necesarias para optimizar la interacción social en el E-learning.
