description | From a critical point of view, it contributes to the discussion on new "alternatives in the teaching of law", which go beyond the traditional scheme, not only of teaching it but also of understanding it. The way it has been taught is reviewed and elements are proposed that go beyond not only teaching but also the conception of traditional law and the professional formed in the hegemony of the static conception of Roman law and of other families of the Western legal system, which has prioritized in our case, more compliance with the law than law as a social science. A law inspired by a dynamic theory of learning as the creation of knowledge is proposed, with a nomadic pedagogy that links the legal to the social, political and economic reality of the environment where it moves, promoting processes of change and regional development. This implies, in addition to reflecting on the type of professional in the 21st century and the new content of law, promoting a change, where the law teacher is a researcher, who teaches how to produce condiment and not just consume it. |

Desde una visión crítica se aporta a la discusión sobre nuevas "alternativas en la enseñanza del derecho", que superen el esquema tradicional, no solo de enseñarlo sino de entenderlo. Se revisa la forma como se ha enseñado y se proponen elementos que superen no solo la enseñanza sino la concepción del derecho tradicional y del profesional formado en la hegemonía de la concepción estática del derecho romano y de otras familias del sistema jurídico occidental, que ha priorizado en nuestro caso más el cumplimiento de la ley que el derecho como ciencia social. Se propone un derecho inspirado en una teoría dinámica del aprendizaje como creación de conocimiento, con una pedagogia nómada que vincule lo jurídico a la realidad social, política y económica del entorno donde se mueve, promoviendo procesos de cambio y de desarrollo regional. Esto implica, además de reflexionar sobre el tipo de profesional del siglo XXI y los nuevos contenidos del derecho, propiciar un cambio, donde el docente de derecho sea un investigador, que enseñe a producir condimiento y no solo a consumirlo. Do ponto de vista crítico, contribui para a discussão de novas "alternativas no ensino do direito", que vão além do esquema tradicional, não só de ensiná-lo, mas também de compreendê-lo. Revisa-se a forma como foi ensinado e propõem-se elementos que vão além não só do ensino, mas também da concepção do direito tradicional e do profissional formado na hegemonia da concepção estática do direito romano e de outras famílias do ordenamento jurídico ocidental, que priorizou, em nosso caso, mais o cumprimento da lei do que a lei como ciência social. É proposta uma lei inspirada em uma teoria dinâmica da aprendizagem como criação de conhecimento, com uma pedagogia nômade que vincula o jurídico à realidade social, política e econômica do meio por onde se move, promovendo processos de mudança e desenvolvimento regional. Isso implica, além de refletir sobre o tipo de profissional no século XXI e os novos conteúdos do direito, promover uma mudança, onde o professor de Direito é um pesquisador, que ensina a produzir condimento e não apenas consumi-lo.
