El articulo plantea la necesidad de exigir la prohibición legal detomar el cuerpo como evidencia probatoria, pues la dignidad humana no puede ser un objeto para el derecho, ni se puede instrumentalizar como un fin del Estado. O artigo levanta a necessidade de exigir a proibição legal de tomar o corpo como prova probatória, uma vez que a dignidade humana não pode ser objeto de direito, nem pode ser instrumentalizada como fim do Estado.
