El presente escrita tiene por objeto efectuar una serie de criticus a la forma como funciona el sistema de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad en nuestro país, ya que en el orde namiento jurídico que lo regula se dan serias contradicciones y conflictos entre normas de diversas jerarquias, lo que representa, necesariamente, una talanquera para un correcto funcionamiento del sistema y genera conflictos de competencias entre jueces, entre otros problemas, restándole asi eficacia, eficiencia, validez y, sobre todo, legitimidad, Se pretende que el corolario de estas críticas sea una invitación a reflexionar sobre el sistema y su regulación, y, por consiguiente, a propender por cambios sustantivos en la materia O objetivo deste documento é fazer uma série de críticas à forma como funciona o sistema de execução de penas e medidas de segurança em nosso país, já que no ordenamento jurídico que o regulamenta existem graves contradições e conflitos entre diferentes normas. - hierarquias, que necessariamente representam um bloqueio ao bom funcionamento do sistema e geram conflitos de competências entre juízes, entre outros problemas, reduzindo assim a sua eficácia, eficiência, validade e, sobretudo, legitimidade. críticas É um convite à reflexão sobre o sistema e sua regulamentação e, consequentemente, promover mudanças substantivas na matéria.
