| description | The text alludes to how the construction of memory about collective self-organization processes, such as expressions of resistance to the process of gentrification and touristificationinitiated in the center of Madrid (Spain) between 1997 and 2003 and until the present day, has generated powerful dissidence among the inhabitants. This is based on documental and iconographical material located in the archive of the Centro Social El Laboratorio, as well as in the voices found in the fabric of the community in the Lavapiés neighborhood (Madrid), in the struggle for the rights to the city, which implies adebate between tradition and modernity. This allows us to appreciate how memory in the context of a territory constructs and reconfigures based on lived experiences and conflicts, and how the memory of resistance in itself becomes a way to debate both the past and present literature regarding the territory. In this way, it is intended to problematize the ways of looking at the past, as well as the way of thinking and imagining «other» forms of social organization. |

El texto alude a cómo la construcción de memoria sobre procesos colectivos de autoorganización, como expresiones de resistencias al proceso de gentrificación y turistificación iniciado en el Centro de Madrid (España) entre 1997 y 2003 y hasta nuestros días generó fuertes disidencias entre los habitantes. Este se fundamenta a partir del material documental e iconográfico ubicado en el archivo del Centro Social El Laboratorio, así como en las voces que se hallaron en el entramado comunitario en el barrio de Lavapiés (Madrid), en la lucha por el derecho a la ciudad, que infieren un debate entre tradición y modernidad. Esto permite apreciar cómo la memoria en torno a un territorio se construye y reconfigura a partir de la experiencia vivida, de los conflictos y cómo la memoria de la resistencia es en sí, se convierte en un modo de debatir tanto el pasado como las lecturas presentes en torno al territorio. De esta manera, se pretende problematizar los modos de mirar el pasado, así como en la forma de pensar e imaginar modos «otros» de organización social. Ce texte s’occupe de la façon dont la construction de la mémoire sur les processus collectifs d'auto-organisation, comme expressions de résistance au processus de gentrification et de touristification qui a commencé dans le centre de Madrid (Espagne) entre 1997 et 2003 et jusqu'à nos jours, a généré desfortes dissidence parmi les habitants. Il est basé sur le matériel documentaire et iconographique situé dans les archives du Centre Social El Laboratorio, ainsi que sur les voix qui ont été trouvées dans le réseau communautaire du quartier Lavapiés (Madrid), dans la lutte pour le droit à la ville, qui impliquent un débat entre tradition et modernité. Cela permet d'apprécier comment la mémoire autour d'un territoire se construit et se reconfigure à partir du vécu, des conflits et comment la mémoire de la résistance devient une manière de débattre aussi bien des lectures passées que présentes autour du territoire. De cette sorte, il s'agit de questionner les manières de regarder le passé, ainsi que la manière de penser et d'imaginer d'«autres» modes d'organisation sociale.
