Mediante la implementación de la oralidad y el trabajo centrado en solucionar sus posi bles insuficiencias, tendremos en Colombia un sistema oral completo que permita una auténtica eficacia de la administración de justicia, ya que no se trata de obtener pro cesos rápidos e independientes del resultado, pues se debe, además de fundamentar el cambio, buscar justicia en esos litigios, y la mejor manera de hacerlo es llevando la inmediación a todo el proceso como garantía de la tutela judicial efectiva y del debido proceso en materia civil. Através da implementação da oralidade e de um trabalho voltado para a solução de suas possíveis insuficiências, teremos na Colômbia um sistema oral completo que permite uma verdadeira eficácia da administração da justiça, já que não se trata de obter processos rápidos e independentes do resultado. para justificar a mudança, é necessário buscar justiça nesses litígios, e a melhor forma de fazê-lo é trazendo a agilidade de todo o processo como garantia da efetiva tutela judicial e do devido processo civil.
