Se intenta evaluar la responsabilidad de algunas instituciones finan cieras y multilaterales así como la responsabilidad del gobierno de Estados Unidos, en la crisis financiera de 2008. Es importante revisar también, por qué a pesar de haberse advertido por muchos economistas reconocidos mundialmente como el caso de Nou rielRoubini o Joseph Stiglitz, acerca de una posible crisis financiera, ni los gobiernos ni el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI), tomaron cartas en el asunto. Procura-se avaliar a responsabilidade de algumas instituições financeiras e multilaterais, bem como a do governo dos Estados Unidos, na crise financeira de 2008. É importante também rever o porquê, apesar de alertado por muitos economistas de renome mundial a exemplo de Nou rielRoubini ou Joseph Stiglitz, sobre uma possível crise financeira, nem os governos nem o Fundo Monetário Internacional (FMI) tomaram providências a respeito.
