Summary:In the present work, the elaboration of a virtual learning environment is exposed as an educational tool to promote the exchange of information and strengthen the autonomous learning on the part of the student. This virtual space was developed with the Moodle content management platform (LMS), thus achieving a more orderly distribution of the thematic content that will be addressed with the students within the educational process. This learning space is aimed at 9th grade students from an educational institution located in a rural area called the José Miguel de Silvas Plazas Technical Institute. Due to the ease of handling it and the important contribution to communication and access to information, it can be ensured that it is an optimal educational tool for the designated educational population.
