La violación a los DD.HH. resulta primordial en situaciones o contextos de conflicto, dadoque, la reestructuración estatal, usualmente ligada a los procesos de corrupción interna, seve constantemente vinculada a la vulneración de los derechos fundamentales. A partir dedicha premisa cabe resaltar el propósito del presente documento. El cual, propone unrecorrido en donde, en primer lugar, sea posible observar la forma en la que la corrupciónestablece una estructura secuencial de violaciones a los DD.HH; luego, se pretende exponerun bosquejo de un marco histórico de la corrupción colombiana, y las distintas manerasbajo las que dicho fenómeno se ha presentado; asimismo, plantear a los conflictos armadosinternos de la nación, permeados claramente de corrupción estatal, como una suerte dedetonante de la situación actual de Colombia; para finalmente concluir con la inmunidadfrente a las consecuencias subyacentes a la violación de los DD.HH. A violação dos direitos humanos é essencial em situações ou contextos de conflito, visto que esse Estadoa reestruturação, normalmente ligada a processos de corrupção interna, está constantemente ligada aoviolação dos direitos fundamentais. Com base nessa premissa, o objetivo deste documento deveser enfatizado. Ele propõe uma visão geral da forma como a corrupção estabelece umestrutura sequencial das violações dos direitos humanos. Em seguida, pretende-se apresentar um esboço deum quadro histórico da corrupção colombiana, e as diferentes formas em que estafenômeno foi apresentado. Da mesma forma, para apresentar os conflitos armados internos donação, claramente permeada pela corrupção estatal, como uma espécie de gatilho para a situação atual noColômbia. Para finalmente concluir com imunidade às consequências subjacentes doviolação dos direitos humanos.
