description Presents the results obtained in the diagnosis of the reception and incorporation system of personnel in the Santiago de Tunja E.S.E, a state social enterprise in the department of Boyacá - Colombia. Focusing its development on how the Onboarding strategy would be developed for a first phase, which seeks to diagnose the procedures established in the organization for the incorporation and retention of a new worker. Therefore, as a first step we focus on the conceptualization of the "reception system" or "incorporation of personnel", with emphasis on the theories proposed by different authors, and considering the clear delimitation of the variables or study dimensions that are presented in the information collection instrument built for that purpose. The development of this instrument was carried out considering a documentary review, in which databases such as Scopus and Science Direct were used, among others. Next, the diagnostic results of the reception system or the incorporation of personnel are determined and presented, by applying the instrument built and validated with the Cronbach's Alpha index. The applied methodology is based on quantitative descriptive research, under the field research model, and data processing that includes the use of statistical software SPSS version 26; as part of the results found, it was possible to establish that the collaborators of the E.S.E. feel motivated within the organization and their perception is that the organization interacts appropriately with them.

Se presentan los resultados obtenidos en el diagnóstico del sistema de acogida e incorporación de personal en la E.S.E Santiago de Tunja, empresa social del estado en el departamento de Boyacá - Colombia. Centrando su desarrollo en la forma como sería elaborada la estrategia Onboarding para una primera fase, la cual busca, diagnosticar los procedimientos establecidos en la organización para la incorporación y retención de un nuevo trabajador, por ello como primera medida se enfoca en la conceptualización de “sistema de acogida” o de “incorporación de personal”, con énfasis en las teorías propuestas por distintos autores, y teniendo en cuenta la delimitación clara de las variables o dimensiones de estudio que se presentan en el instrumento de recolección de información construido para tal fin. La elaboración de dicho instrumento se realizó teniendo en cuenta una revisión documental, en la cual se utilizaron bases de datos como Scopus, y Science Direct, entre otras. Seguidamente se determinan y presentan los resultados de diagnóstico del sistema de acogida o de incorporación de personal, mediante la aplicación del instrumento construido y validado con el índice del Alpha de Cronbach. La metodología aplicada se basa en una investigación descriptiva cuantitativa, bajo el modelo de investigación de campo, y un procesamiento de datos que incluye el uso de software estadístico SPSS versión 26; como parte de los resultados encontrados se pudo establecer que los colaboradores de la E.S.E. se sienten motivados dentro de la organización y su percepción es que la organización interactúa adecuadamente con ellos.
