El archivo notarial es una realidad donde subyacen documentos que corroboran el protocolo y refuerzan la legitimidad de los bienes que las personas deben proteger; es decir, constituyen patrimonios vinculados a la identidad, la cotidianeidad y la cultura. Demostrar cómo estos legitiman derechos que se construyen a través de la tutela de bienes propios con valores que representan la cultura de los pueblos, constituye el objetivo de este artículo. Esto se espera alcanzar a través de métodos históricos y jurídicos, análisis y síntesis que corroboran que a través de la observación de las reglas de Protocolo para la conservación de los archivos, estos pueden ser declarados patrimonio cultural por sus valores expresivos culturales e identitarios, que constituyen paradigma en la sociedad moderna. O processo notarial é uma realidade onde existem documentos subjacentes que corroboram aprotocolar e reforçar a legitimidade dos bens que as pessoas devem proteger; quer dizer,constituem bens vinculados à identidade, ao cotidiano e à cultura. demonstrar comoestes legitimam direitos que são construídos através da proteção de seus próprios bens com valoresque representam a cultura dos povos, constitui o objetivo deste artigo. isso é esperadoalcançar por meio de métodos históricos e jurídicos, análises e sínteses que corroborem que pela observância das normas do Protocolo para a conservação de arquivos, estes podem ser declarados patrimônio cultural por seus expressivos valores culturais e identitários, que constituem um paradigma na sociedade moderna.
