El contexto militar tiene diferentes dinámicas que propician espacios de reflexión e interés, en este sentido, se propuso la investigación, cuyo propósito fue analizar los factores psicosociales en el medio militar de los soldados del Batallón de Servicios para las Comunidades General Manuel Valdivieso de Facatativá y su influencia en el desempeño de sus roles en la familia. Mediante un enfoque cualitativo y el proceso metodológico de las autoras Bonilla y Rodríguez. En relación con los resultados se encuentran factores intrapersonales, interpersonales, intralaborales y extralaborales propiciando que transitan en su cotidianidad generando diversos sentires y acciones, asimismo, se resalta que el rol ocupado por los militares en el campo laboral permea su dinámica familiar. O contexto militar possui diferentes dinâmicas que proporcionam espaços de reflexão e interesse, nesse sentido, foi proposta a pesquisa, cujo objetivo foi analisar os fatores psicossociais no meio militar dos militares do Batalhão de Serviços Comunitários General Manuel Valdivieso de Facatativá e seus influência no desempenho de seus papéis na família. Por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa e do processo metodológico dos autores Bonilla e Rodríguez. Em relação aos resultados, há fatores intrapessoais, interpessoais, intralaborais e extralaborais, que os estimulam a percorrer seu cotidiano, gerando diversos sentimentos e ações. no campo do trabalho permeia sua dinâmica familiar.
