| description | This article constitutes a partial advance within the research project “Social representations of the territory in the conflict over the delimitation of the páramo de Santurbán (Colombia), years 2010-2017”, and as such inquires about the importance of the mining-environmental conflict in the formation of social representations of the territory that in the discursive plane contribute within the process of articulation of the committee, one of the main actors in this dispute. The objective is the configuration of the significance framework about the territory present in the committee's speech at the different moments of the conflict. For this purpose, it proposes a methodological approach of a qualitative type that takes as an approach the analysis of discourse. The understanding of the space / territorial object is characterized through the subjective, intersubjective and transubjective dimensions of discourse, each of which has its own elements and indicators. The result is a form of symbolic cartography that brings together the nuclear and peripheral elements of the social representations of the territory deployed from this actor, which have a great importance, as a symbolic resource, in the dispute over the delimitation of the páramo. |

El presente artículo constituye un avance parcial dentro del proyecto de investigación “Representaciones sociales del territorio en el conflicto sobre la delimitación del páramo de Santurbán (Colombia), 2010-2017”, y como tal indaga sobre la importancia del conflicto minero-ambiental en la formación de representaciones sociales del territorio que en el plano discursivo contribuyen en la articulación del Comité para la Defensa del Agua y el Páramo de Santurbán, uno de los actores principales dentro de esta disputa. El objetivo es el esclarecimiento del marco de significación sobre el territorio presente en el discurso del comité en los diferentes momentos del conflicto. Para estos efectos, plantea un abordaje metodológico cualitativo de tipo hermenéutico que toma como eje el análisis del discurso. La comprensión sobre el objeto espacio-territorial es caracterizada a través de las dimensiones subjetiva, intersubjetiva y transubjetiva del discurso, cada una de las cuales cuenta con unos elementos e indicadores propios. Como resultado se plantea una forma de cartografía simbólica que vincula los elementos nucleares y periféricos de las representaciones sociales del territorio desplegadas desde este actor, las cuales tienen un papel importante, como recurso simbólico, en la disputa sobre la delimitación del páramo. Este artigo constitui um avanço parcial dentro do projeto de pesquisa "Representações sociais do território no conflito pela delimitação do páramo de Santurbán (Colômbia), 2010-2017", e como tal investiga a importância do conflito mineiro-ambiental na formação de representações sociais do território que no plano discursivo contribuem para a articulação do Comitê de Defesa da Água e do Páramo de Santurbán, um dos principais atores dessa disputa. O objetivo é esclarecer o quadro de sentido sobre o território presente no discurso do comitê nos diferentes momentos do conflito. Para tanto, propõe uma abordagem metodológica qualitativa de tipo hermenêutico que toma como eixo a análise do discurso. A compreensão do objeto espaço-territorial é caracterizada por meio das dimensões subjetiva, intersubjetiva e transsubjetiva do discurso, cada uma com seus elementos e indicadores próprios. Como resultado, propõe-se uma forma de cartografia simbólica que articula os elementos nucleares e periféricos das representações sociais do território implantadas a partir desse ator, que têm um papel importante, como recurso simbólico, na disputa pela delimitação da charneca. .
