The results bet on proposing solutions to make adjustments to business management situations in the sectors analyzed, associated with user service, the development of new products, and the reinduction of human talent. |

La co-creación en escenarios educativos se ha convertido en una nueva forma de generar competencias basadas en la adquisición de aprendizajes, a partir de la proposición de soluciones a dinámicas del sector productivo. El objetivo de la investigación fue aplicar el método co-creativo a problemáticas sectoriales de la economía local de un municipio de la región amazónica colombiana, a partir de la colaboración y la construcción compartida de saberes entre estudiantes universitarios y empresarios. Para ello, se diseñó un estudio de enfoque cualitativo e investigación-acción participativa, fundamentada en la metodología del pensamiento de diseño o design thinking, haciendo uso de técnicas como la entrevista y la observación. Los resultados le apuestan a la proposición de soluciones para realizar ajustes a situaciones de la gestión empresarial en los sectores analizados, asociadas al servicio a los usuarios, el desarrollo de nuevos productos y la reinducción del talento humano.
