description The present edition of Rhela, aimed at the debate on the diverse perspectives of the Normal School in Latin America, presents a dossier of eight (06) articles on the subject, most of which are oriented to a history of the present time, with the exception of one article that reflects the history of a Normal Institution between the XIX and XX centuries.  The remaining six (6) final articles deal with various aspects of the history of education in the continent. This issue includes reflections from Brazil, Colombia, Spain, Guatemala, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. The editorial staff of the Journal Historia de la Educación Latinoamericana, has given us the opportunity to begin this turn of current studies on the Normales inviting us to coordinate this dossier on the subject, to whom we thank in a different way for the opportunity.  We invite readers to read the corpus of articles that make up this issue of Rhela.

La presente edición de Rhela esta destinada al debate sobre las diversas perspectivas de la Escuela Normal en América Latina presenta un dossier de ocho (06) artículos destinado al tema que, en su mayoría, están direccionado a una historia del tiempo presente, con excepción de un artículo que refleja la historia de una Institución Normal entre el XIX y XX.  Lo demás, (6) artículos finales, se constituyen en temática diversas sobre aspectos de la historia de la educación en el continente. En este número están presentes reflexiones de Brasil, Colombia, España, Guatemala, México y República Dominicana. El cuerpo editorial de la Revista Historia de la Educación Latinoamericana, nos ha regalado la posibilidad de empezar este giro de estudios actuales sobre las Normales invitando nos a coordinación de este dosier a respecto del tema, a quién de manera distinta agradecimos la oportunidad.  A los lectores les invitamos a lectura del corpus de artículos que compone este número de Rhela.    A presente edição da Rhela, destinada ao debate sobre as diversas perspectivas da Escola Normal na América Latina, apresenta um dossier de oito (06) artigos sobre o tema que, na sua maioria, são orientados para uma história da actualidade, com excepção de um artigo que reflecte a história de uma Instituição Normal entre os séculos XIX e XX.  Os restantes seis (6) artigos finais tratam de vários aspectos da história da educação no continente. Esta edição inclui reflexões do Brasil, Colômbia, Espanha, Guatemala, México e República Dominicana.
