description | Under the direction of researchers from the Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (UPTC) and the Universidad Pablo de Olavide de Sevilla (UPO), this work intends to analyze the experience of the internationalisation of the Doctorate in Education Sciences Rudecolombia, comparing the first in-person internship in the year 2000 with the virtual one that took place in the Covid-19 pandemic period. An analysis of the internationalisation of the at-home curriculum was carried out with the mechanisms that were established in order to reach their members, establishing links that humanize academic relationships with human challenges and virtual realities in the context of cuts to the financing of public universities in Colombia. Using the methods of social history and heuristic analysis of the sources, it is concluded that the doctoral program has from the beginning implemented internationalisation, mobility and research in the curriculum. This virtual internship showed the good practices developedby universities working as a network and the creative capacity of the collective to provide experiences in specific spaces and times, with activities permeated by human affect in distance education, solving problems related to virtual learning as well as human and institutional issues, in addition to those pertaining to the lack of financing for public universities in Colombia. |

Bajo la dirección de investigadoras e investigadores de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (Uptc) y la Universidad Pablo de Olavide de Sevilla (Upo), este trabajo procura analizar la experiencia de internacionalización del Doctorado en Ciencias de la Educación de la Uptc - Rudecolombia, comparando la primera pasantía presencial del año 2000 con la virtual de 2020, en época de pandemia del covid-19. Por tanto, se analiza la internacionalización del currículo en casa con los mecanismos que han establecido las redes de investigación para llegar a sus miembros, estableciendo lazos que humanicen las relaciones académicas con los retos humanos y de realidades virtuales en los contextos de la desfinanciación de la universidad pública en Colombia. Bajo el método de la historia social y análisis heurístico de las fuentes, se concluye que el programa doctoral ha implementado desde los inicios la internacionalización en el currículo, movilidad e investigación. En esta pasantía virtual se evidenciaron las buenas prácticas desarrolladas por universidades en red y la capacidad creativa del colectivo para lograr las experiencias en espacios y tiempos específicos, con actividades permeadas por la presencia del afecto humano en la distancia, solucionando problemas de la virtualidad, humanos, institucionales y concernientes al desfinanciamiento de la universidad pública en Colombia. Sous la direction de chercheurs et de chercheuses de l’Université Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombie (UPTC) et de l’Université Pablo de Olavide de Sevilla (UPO), ce travail se propose d’analyser l’expérience d’internationalisation du Doctorat en Sciences de l’Éducation de l’UPTC. RUDECOLOMBIA, en comparant le premier stage présentiel de l’an 2000 avec le stage virtuel de 2020, au moment du Covid-19. On analyse notamment l’internationalisation du curriculum chez-soi à l’aide de mécanismes qui ont établit les réseaux de recherche pour arriver à tous ses membres et créer ainsi des rapports académiques qui humanisent les liens académiques avec les défis du virtuel et des problèmes financiers de l’université publique colombienne. Suivant la méthode de l’histoire sociale et l’analyse heuristique des sources, on conclue que le programme doctoral a promu, dès le début, l’internationalisation, la mobilité et la recherche. Dans ce stage virtuel on a pu constater des bonnes pratiques développées par les universités en réseaux et la capacité créative du collectif afin d’assurer des expériences en espaces et temps spécifiques, avec des activités marquées par la présence de l’affect humain malgré la distance, en gérant les difficultés de la virtualité, qu’il soient humains, institutionnels et concernant les problèmes de financiarisation de l’université publique en Colombie.
