| description | The objective of this research results in substantiating the need for an adequate legal treatment of Family Farming with the delivery of land in usufruct, broken down into two branches; on the one hand, analyzing theoretical and doctrinal criteria that make up the content of family agriculture and beneficial ownership, while on the other, the reality of the delivery of land in usufruct and its impact on the development of Family Agriculture is assessed. The methods used are the Theoretical-legal, the Historical-logical, the Exegetical-analytical, the hermeneutic and observation. After its completion, we realize that more accurate doctrinal guidelines are needed for the study in Cuba of family farming, so that it can be promoted from a positive perspective, adapting the regulatory framework at macro and micro levels so that its Thorough knowledge by all those involved and those who may be interested, as well as so that the economic results of those who perform it grow, even without knowing it, which ultimately result in the improvement of the quality of life of the entire population. |

El objetivo de esta investigación resulta en fundamentar la necesidad de un adecuado tratamiento jurídico de la Agricultura Familiar con la entrega de tierras en usufructo, desglosado en dos ramas; por un lado, analizando criterios teóricos y doctrinales que conforman el contenido de la agricultura familiar y la tenencia usufructuaria, mientras que por el otro se valorar la realidad de la entrega de tierras en usufructo y su incidencia en el desarrollo de la Agricultura Familiar. Los métodos utilizados son el Teórico-jurídico, el Histórico-lógico, el Exegético-analítico, el hermenéutico y la observación. Luego de su realización nos percatamos de que se necesitan pautas doctrinales más certeras para el estudio en Cuba de la agricultura familiar, de manera que se pueda fomentar desde una perspectiva positiva, adecuando el marco regulatorio a niveles macro y micro de manera que se logre su cabal conocimiento por todos los implicados y aquellos que pudieran resultar interesados, así como para que crezcan los resultados económicos de aquellos que la desempeñan, aun sin saberlo, que a fin de cuentas redundan en el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de toda la población.
