description | Objective: To analyze practices of Education in Emergencies carried out by national organizations such as the Ministry of National Education and international organizations such as UNESCO, Save the Children, the Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergency Situations, as well as by teachers during the 2002-2018 period of the Colombian armed conflict.
Originality/ contribution: the approach to Education in Emergencies in the period of conflict and post-agreement (2016-2018), and the impact of the pandemic to contextualize the present time. Although it is not in the temporal estimation, it is offered as a contribution to other forms of Education in Emergencies different from those arising from the armed conflict and which may be useful for the development of educational programs in the post-agreement time.
Method: the research is based on the qualitative paradigm, epistemologically grounded on the Gadamerian hermeneutic historical model, as well as on the documentary and phenomenological models.
Strategies/information collection: life stories of teachers from San José del Guaviare are used for the hermeneutic interpretation. These stories were collected and analyzed through interviews, review of archives and compilations of anecdotes published by teachers of the educational community of Guaviare since the beginning of the 21st century.
Conclusions: according to the analysis of the answers obtained in the interviews and taking into account the Gadamerian perspective, it is concluded that the experience of Education in Emergencies, carried out in Guaviare, favorably impacted and supported resilient populations in the region. |

Objetivo: Analizar prácticas de Educación en Emergencia realizadas por organismos nacionales como el Ministerio de Educación Nacional e internacionales como la UNESCO, Save the Children, la Red Interagencial para la Educación en Situaciones de Emergencia y docentes durante el periodo 2002-2018 del conflicto armado colombiano. Originalidad/aporte: Está dada por el tratamiento de la Educación en Emergencia en el tiempo de conflicto y posacuerdo (2016-2018) y el abordaje del impacto de la pandemia para contextualizar el tiempo presente que, aunque no esté en la estimación temporal, se hace como aporte a otras formas de Educación en Emergencia diferentes a las ocasionadas por el conflicto armado que resultan útiles para el desarrollo de programas educativos para el posacuerdo. Método: la investigación se organiza desde el paradigma cualitativo, fundamentado epistemológicamente desde el modelo histórico hermenéutico gadameriano, documental, y fenomenológico. Estrategias/recolección de información: para la interpretación hermenéutica se utilizan las historias de vida de maestros de San José del Guaviare, recogidas y analizadas mediante entrevistas, estudio de archivos y anecdotarios publicados por docentes de la comunidad educativa guaviarense desde los inicios del Siglo XXI. Conclusiones: de acuerdo con el análisis de las respuestas obtenidas en las entrevistas y tendiendo en cuenta la perspectiva gadameriana, se comprende que la experiencia de Educación en Emergencia, realizada en el Guaviare, impactó favorablemente y sirvió de apoyo a las poblaciones resilientes de la región. Objectivo: Analisar as práticas de educação de emergência levadas a cabo por organizações nacionais como o Ministério da Educação Nacional e organizações internacionais como a UNESCO, Save the Children, a Rede Interagencial para a Educação em Emergências e professores durante o período 2002-2018 do conflito armado colombiano.Originalidade/contribuição: É dada pelo tratamento da Educação em Emergências em tempo de conflito e pós-acordo (2016-2018) e pela abordagem ao impacto da pandemia para contextualizar o tempo presente que, embora não esteja no tempo estimado, é feita como uma contribuição para outras formas de Educação em Emergências diferentes das causadas pelo conflito armado que são úteis para o desenvolvimento de programas educativos para o pós-acordo.Método: a investigação é organizada a partir do paradigma qualitativo, epistemologicamente baseada nos modelos histórico, hermenêutico, gadameriano, documental e fenomenológico.
