Igualmente, sirve como medio de expresión de los grupos de investigación que sustentan el citado programa académico. La revista ha logrado mantenerse con el apoyo académico de los investigadores. Ha presentado impacto académicoinvestigativo por ser un medio de consulta referenciado.
