For this reason, it is important to highlight various authors who talk about pedagogical practice, the role of the teacher, the role of the student and highlight their own experience in educational practice as a teacher in training, in order to publicize the different challenges and opportunities faced by the students of the Bachelor of Basic Education with an emphasis on Mathematics, Humanities and Spanish Language of the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia, in the development of the Deepening Investigative Pedagogical Practice in X semester, when exercising their teaching duties . According to the above, it can be concluded that it is very important to recognize the educational processes and the experiences in the academic and labor training of teachers in training, since it generates awareness about the importance of practices and allows progress in the creation of other possible more constant, rigorous and complete pedagogical practices from the first semesters of this program, allowing students of this degree to participate in a real teaching environment. |

El presente artículo reflexivo, aporta conocimientos sobre la Práctica Pedagógica Investigativa de Profundización, por medio de la experiencia y punto de vista personal sobre las diferentes actividades que realizan los maestros en formación desde el ámbito educativo. Es así que se desarrolla en torno al paradigma cualitativo con un enfoque fenomenológico, teniendo en cuenta como instrumento los diarios de campo y la matriz de recolección de la información para dar a conocer las vivencias educativas que se obtuvieron en el desarrollo de la Práctica Pedagógica Investigativa de Profundización como maestra en formación. En razón a ello, es importante destacar diversos autores que hablan sobre la práctica pedagógica, el rol del docente, el rol del estudiante y destacar la experiencia propia en la práctica educativa como docente en formación, con el fin de dar a conocer los diferentes retos y oportunidades a los que se enfrentan los estudiantes de Licenciatura en Educación Básica con énfasis en Matemáticas, Humanidades y Lengua Castellana de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, en el desarrollo de la Práctica Pedagógica Investigativa de Profundización en X semestre, al ejercer su quehacer docente. De acuerdo con lo anterior, se puede concluir la gran importancia que tiene reconocer los procesos educativos y las experiencias en la formación académica y laboral de los maestros en formación puesto que genera conciencia sobre la importancia que tienen las prácticas y permite avanzar en la creación de otras posibles prácticas pedagógicas más constantes, rigurosas y completas desde los primeros semestres de este programa, permitiendo a los estudiantes de esta licenciatura participar en un entorno real de enseñanza. Este artigo de reflexão fornece conhecimentos sobre a Prática de Investigação Pedagógica de Aprofundamento, através da experiência e do ponto de vista pessoal sobre as diferentes actividades levadas a cabo pelos professores em formação a partir do campo educativo. Desenvolve-se assim em torno do paradigma qualitativo com uma abordagem feno- menológica, tendo em conta como instrumento os diários de campo e a matriz de recolha de informação para dar a conhecer as experiências educativas que foram obtidas no desenvolvimento da Prática Pedagógica Investigativa de Aprofundamento como professor em formação. Por esta razão, é importante destacar vários autores que falam da prática pedagógica, do papel do professor, do papel do aluno e destacar a sua própria experiência na prática educativa como professor estagiário, a fim de dar a conhecer os diferentes desafios e oportunidades enfren- tados pelos alunos da Licenciatura em Educação Básica com ênfase na Matemática, Humanidades e Língua Espanhola na Universidade Pedagógica e Tecnológica da Colômbia, no desenvolvimento da Prática Pedagógica de Investigação de Aprofundamento no 10º semestre, ao rea- lizarem o seu trabalho docente. De acordo com o acima exposto, podemos concluir a grande importância do reconhecimento dos processos e experiências educativas na formação académica e laboral dos professores em formação, uma vez que gera a consciência da importância das práticas e permite avançar na criação de outras possíveis práticas pedagógicas mais constantes, rigorosas e completas desde os primeiros semestres deste programa, permitindo aos alunos deste grau participar num verdadeiro ambiente de ensino.
