description | Introduction: The research is based on the formation in values of respect, tolerance, responsibility and self-esteem in the students of the headquarters la playa of the agricultural technical educational institution of Paipa. Methodology: the study is developed in the qualitative approach and type of action research according to the contributions of the research line of development in the classroom - school where they are represented in proposed phases. Results: an observation was made where the research problem can be known and through a semi-structured interview applied to the students and the teacher about the knowledge of values. a didactic strategy is designed for the students of the la playa headquarters which consists of four workshops, where each one of them is based on the strengthening of the values of respect, tolerance, self-esteem and responsibility. The incidence of the didactic proposal is evaluated through an evaluation of the acceptance of the workshops and this with the purpose of a field diary analyzing the results obtained. Conclusions: didactics is a way of applying in the areas where it is focused and interpreted in the teaching and learning process. By designing and applying the didactic strategy taking into account the Escuela Nueva model in the students of the La Playa school, significant changes were generated in the development and strengthening of values. |

Introducción: La investigación se basa en la formación en valores del respeto, tolerancia, responsabilidad y autoestima en los estudiantes de la sede la Playa de la Institución Educativa Técnica Agrícola de Paipa. Metodología: el estudio se desarrolla en el enfoque cualitativo y tipo de investigación-acción según los aportes encaminados por la línea de investigación – Aula y escuela en donde se representan en fases propuestas. Resultados: se realizó una observación en donde se puede conocer el problema de la investigación y mediante una entrevista semiestructurada que se le aplica a los estudiantes y a la docente sobre el conocimiento de los valores. Se diseña una estrategia didáctica para los estudiantes de la sede la Playa en la cual consta de cuatro talleres, en donde cada uno de ellos se basa en el fortalecimiento de los valores del respeto, tolerancia, autoestima y la responsabilidad. Conclusiones: la didáctica es una forma de aplicar en las áreas en donde se enfoca e interpreta el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. De esta forma al diseñar y aplicar la estrategia didáctica teniendo en cuenta el modelo de Escuela Nueva en los estudiantes de la sede la Playa, generando cambios significativos en el desarrollo y fortalecimiento de los valores. Introdução: A investigação baseia-se na formação em valores de respeito, tolerância, responsabilidade e auto-estima nos estudantes da sede da praia da instituição de ensino técnico agrícola de Paipa. Metodologia: o estudo é desenvolvido na abordagem qualitativa e tipo de investigação de acção de acordo com as contribuições da linha de desenvolvimento da investigação na sala de aula - escola onde estão representados nas fases propostas. Resultados: Foi realizada uma observação na qual foi identificado o pro- blema da investigação e através de uma entrevista semi-estruturada com os alunos e o professor sobre o conhecimento dos valores. Foi concebida uma estratégia didáctica para os alunos da escola La Playa, que consiste em quatro workshops, cada um deles baseado no reforço dos valores de respeito, tolerância, auto-estima e responsabilidade. O impacto da proposta didáctica é avaliado através de uma avaliação da aceitação dos seminários, com o objectivo de analisar os resultados obtidos num diário de campo. Conclusões: a didáctica é uma forma de a aplicar nas áreas em que se concentra e é interpretada no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Ao conceber e aplicar a estratégia didáctica tendo em conta o modelo da Escuela Nueva nos alunos da escola La Playa, foram geradas mudanças significativas no desenvolvimento e reforço dos valores.
