El objetivo general del presente artículo es hacer una contribución al estudio del concepto: delito de cuello blanco, destacando la incorporación de una nueva terminología, que genera aportes a la teoría de la delincuencia no convencional. Es una investigación básica, que posee una metodología de tipo cualitativo, sustentada en el estudio de casos, sobre delincuentes de cuello blanco, con visión holística y transdisciplinar, que se adapta al entorno del mundo actual, apoyada en algunas disciplinas del saber que se articulan a la criminología, como rama del derecho para enriquecer su conocimiento.
