Therefore, with the econometric exercise of panel data was possible to deduce that the impact on manufacturing output was higher after opening compared to previous years, and this led to the conclusion that given the existing conditions of deindustrialization, the opening contributed to deepen this decline, demonstrating a lower production in the subsectorsthat generate high added value.
