| description | The purpose of the following proposal is to present the Strong Girls program that seeks to publicize the participation of women in sports, as well as to show the barriers and challenges they face in women's sports. For which the theoretical approach is based on the trialectic of Edward Soja, when investigating space, time and society in relation to the participation of women in sport, and how Strong Girls uses streaming as a means to promote gender equality and increase the visibility of female athletes. For the methodology, Strong Girls was used as a case study, and a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods was used to collect data from the programs and analyze the sports diffusion, taking up experiences of individual and team sports. The findings of the project is the identification of the barriers that women face, such as gender stereotypes, lack of opportunities and discrimination, as well as Strong Girls is an inclusive space, supportive by promoting networks and sharing experiences among athletes to overcome obstacles. Likewise, as the program for three years has been able to show the role of women athletes, promoting the visibility of the sports they practice and promoting knowledge of everything that sports entails.

Keywords: women's sport, space, streaming, diffusion La siguiente propuesta tiene como propósito presentar el programa Strong Girls que busca dar a conocer la participación de las mujeres en el deporte, así como mostrar a qué barreras y desafíos se enfrentan en el deporte femenil. Para lo cual el enfoque teórico está basado en la trialéctica de Edward Soja, al investigar el espacio, tiempo y sociedad, en relación con la participación de las mujeres en el deporte, y cómo Strong Girls utiliza el streaming como medio para promover la igualdad de género y aumentar la visibilidad de las mujeres deportistas. Para la metodología, se retomó a Strong Girls como estudio de caso, y se utilizó una combinación de métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos para recopilar datos de los programas y analizar la difusión deportiva, retomando experiencias de deportes individuales y de equipo. Los hallazgos del proyecto son: la identificacion de las barreras a que enfrentan las mujeres, como son los estereotipos de genero, falta de oportunidades y discriminación; otro es, cómo Strong Girls es un espacio inlcusivo, de apoyo, al propiciar redes y compartir experiencias entre deportistas, para superar obstáculos. Asimismo, cómo el programa durante tres años ha podido mostrar el papel de las mujeres deportistas, promoviendo la visibilidad de los deportes que practican e impulsando el conocimiento de todo lo que conlleva el deporte. A proposta a seguir tem como objetivo apresentar o programa Strong Girls que busca divulgar a participação das mulheres no esporte, bem como apresentar as barreiras e desafios que elas enfrentam no esporte feminino. Para o qual a abordagem teórica se baseia na trialética de Edward Soja, ao investigar o espaço, o tempo e a sociedade em relação à participação da mulher no esporte, e como a Strong Girls utiliza o streaming como meio para promover a igualdade de gênero e aumentar a visibilidade do esporte. atletas do sexo feminino. Para a metodologia, o Strong Girls foi usado como estudo de caso, e uma combinação de métodos qualitativos e quantitativos foi usada para coletar dados dos programas e analisar a difusão esportiva, retomando experiências de esportes individuais e coletivos. As conclusões do projeto é a identificação das barreiras que as mulheres enfrentam, como estereótipos de gênero, falta de oportunidades e discriminação, bem como o Strong Girls é um espaço inclusivo, solidário ao promover redes e compartilhar experiências entre atletas para superar obstáculos. Da mesma forma, como o programa há três anos tem conseguido mostrar o papel das mulheres atletas, promovendo a visibilidade do esporte que praticam e promovendo o conhecimento de tudo o que o esporte envolve.
