description This article is part of a documentary review of other studies that address the issue of generalities of educational problems in Panama, Colombia and America. For this reason, it is established as an objective to understand, from a theoretical-conceptual framework, supports that generate an idea about the various problems at the educational gap level that are being presented in contexts such as that of the countries in question. The theoretical methods used were the analysis-synthesis, induction, and as a method the documentary and bibliographic review in which secondary data were used. This gave rise to the main constructs established at the structural, methodological and results levels. As results, a sequence of inquiries about the central axis of the article was obtained. In this way, it is concluded that there are shortcomings at the level of policies, plans, programs and projects that give rise to better educational scenarios from the different levels and projected needs in the schools and institutions of the targeted nations. In short, several studies were found in which an approach is made to the quality situation in Colombia, related to the great inequality gap.

El presente artículo hace parte de una revisión documental de otros estudios que abordan el tema sobre generalidades de la problemática educativa en Panamá, Colombia y Latinoamérica. Por ello, se establece como objetivo comprender desde marco teórico-conceptual sustentos que generen una idea sobre las diversas problemáticas a nivel de brecha educativa se están presentando en contextos como el de los países en mención. Los métodos teóricos utilizados fueron el análisis-síntesis, inducción, y como método la revisión documental y bibliográfico en el que se utilizaron datos secundarios. Lo cual dio lugar a los principales constructos establecidos a nivel estructural, metodológico y de resultados. Como resultados se obtuvo una secuencia de indagaciones sobre el eje central del artículo. De este modo se concluye que existen falencias a nivel de políticas, planes, programas y proyectos que den lugar a mejores escenarios educativos desde los diferentes niveles y necesidades proyectadas en las escuelas e instituciones de las naciones focalizadas. En suma, se encontraron varios estudios en el que se realiza un abordaje sobre la situación de calidad en Colombia, relacionada con la gran brecha de desigualdad. Este artigo é parte de uma revisão documental de outros estudos que abordam as generalidades dos problemas educacionais no Panamá, na Colômbia e na América Latina. Portanto, u objetivo é entender, a partir de um marco teórico-conceitual, os fundamentos que geram uma idéia sobre os diversos problemas no nível da brecha educacional que estão ocorrendo em contextos como o dos países em questão. Os métodos teóricos utilizados foram análise-síntese, indução e métodos de revisão documental e bibliográfica, nos quais foram utilizados dados secundários. Isto deu origem às principais construções estabelecidas a nível estrutural, metodológico e de resultados. Como resultados, foi obtida uma seqüência de consultas sobre o eixo central do artigo. Assim, conclui-se que existem deficiências no nível das políticas, planos, programas e projetos que dão origem a melhores cenários educacionais dos diferentes níveis e necessidades projetadas nas escolas e instituições das nações visadas. Em suma, foram encontrados vários estudos nos quais é feita uma abordagem da situação de qualidade na Colômbia, relacionada com a grande lacuna de desigualdade.
