In addition to gastronomy, we can find other uses of feijão com arroz, such as the sense of being complete, the same, trite, and trivial, and also identify if there is a difference in word order: beans and rice vs. rice and beans in Brazilian sense of humor in four Brazilian chronicles. Considering the context, this material could be relevant for the study of the teaching and learning of Brazilian as a foreign language

Si consideramos la lengua como vehículo, producto y productor cultural (Galisson, 1991), es esencial combinar lengua y cultura en la enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras. Por lo tanto, optamos por trabajar el género textual: crónica, para analizar las ocurrencias de léxico culturalmente marcado del principal plato de la gastronomía brasileña: feijão com arroz (frijoles con arroz). Además de la gastronomía, podemos encontrar otros usos de feijão com arroz, como el sentido de lo completo, lo igual, lo banal y lo trivial, y también identificar si hay diferencia en el orden de uso "arroz con frijoles" o "frijoles con arroz" a través del humor brasileño en cuatro crónicas brasileñas. Considerando el contexto, este material puede ser relevante para el estudio de la enseñanza-aprendizaje del portugués como segunda lengua para extranjeros (PL2E). Comida é, acima de tudo, cultura. Se considerarmos a língua como veículo, produto e produtor cultural (Galisson, 1991 cit. por Barbosa, 2009), é imprescindível que se alie língua e cultura no ensino de língua estrangeira. Por isso, optamos por trabalhar o gênero textual crônica para analisar as ocorrências do léxico culturalmente marcado do principal prato da gastronomia brasileira: o feijão com arroz. Além da gastronomia, podemos encontrar outros usos do feijão com arroz, como por exemplo, o sentido de completude, mesmice, coisas banais e triviais, e ainda identificar se há diferença na ordem de uso “arroz com feijão” ou “feijão com arroz” através do humor brasileiro, em quatro crônicas brasileiras. Levando em consideração o contexto, este material pode ser relevante para o estudo do ensino-aprendizagem de português como segunda língua para estrangeiros (PL2E).
