description | Objective: the purpose of this article was to approach the state of the art on the interrelation between initial pedagogical practice, teacher training and distance education, based on a literature review of the scientific production of the last eight years, based on the question: what aspects characterize the existing scientific production on initial pedagogical practices in the distance education modality?.
Originality: the study allowed consolidating a theoretical, practical and reflective background on teacher training from the distance education modality, where aspects such as professional identity, teaching vocation, reflective practice and professional development allow understanding the sense and meaning of pedagogical practice.
Method: systematic bibliographic review of scientific production having as central categories: initial pedagogical practice, distance education and teacher training, from the search, selection, analysis and synthesis to build a state of the question.
Strategies/information collection: an equation was created, the period from 2014 to 2022 was defined, databases were searched: Scopus, Publindex, Redalyc and Google Scholar, 123 documents were found, exclusion criteria were applied and a documentary corpus of 61 files was configured.
Conclusions: the article consolidates the following elements: 1) identification of documentary corpus, 2) analysis of theoretical trends, 3) methodological guidelines implemented. As a result, the need to understand the sense and meaning of initial pedagogical practices in initial training in distance education in a Bachelor's degree program in Colombia is evidenced.

Objetivo: el presente artículo tuvo como objetivo realizar un acercamiento al estado de la cuestión sobre la interrelación existente entre práctica pedagógica inicial, formación docente y educación a distancia, a partir de una revisión bibliográfica sobre la producción científica de los últimos ocho años, con base en la pregunta: ¿qué aspectos caracterizan la producción científica existente sobre las prácticas pedagógicas iniciales en la modalidad de educación a distancia? Originalidad: el estudio permitió consolidar un antecedente teórico, práctico y reflexivo sobre la formación docente desde la modalidad de educación a distancia, donde aspectos como identidad profesional, vocación docente, práctica reflexiva y desarrollo profesional permiten comprender el sentido y significado de la práctica pedagógica. Método: revisión bibliográfica sistemática de producción científica teniendo como categorías centrales: práctica pedagógica inicial, educación a distancia y formación docente, a partir de la búsqueda, selección, análisis y síntesis para construir un estado de la cuestión. Estrategias/recolección de información: se creó una ecuación, se definió el periodo entre el año 2014 al 2022, se indagó en bases de datos: Scopus, Publindex, Redalyc y Google Académico, se hallaron 123 documentos, se aplicaron criterios de exclusión y se configuró un corpus documental de 61 archivos. Conclusiones: el artículo consolida los siguientes elementos: 1) identificación corpus documental, 2) análisis de tendencias teóricas, 3) orientaciones metodológicas implementadas. Como resultado, se evidencia la necesidad de comprender el sentido y significado de las prácticas pedagógicas iniciales en la formación inicial en la educación a distancia, en un programa de Licenciatura en Colombia. Objetivo: o objetivo deste artigo foi abordar o estado da arte sobre a inter-relação entre prática pedagógica inicial, formação de professores e educação a distância, a partir de uma revisão bibliográfica da produção científica dos últimos oito anos, com base na questão: que aspectos caracterizam a produção científica existente sobre práticas pedagógicas iniciais na modalidade de educação a distância?. Originalidade: o estudo permitiu consolidar uma base teórica, prática e reflexiva sobre a formação de professores da modalidade de educação a distância, em que aspectos como identidade profissional, vocação docente, prática reflexiva e desenvolvimento profissional permitem compreender o sentido e o significado da prática pedagógica. Método: revisão bibliográfica sistemática da produção científica com as categorias centrais: prática pedagógica inicial, educação a distância e formação de professores, a partir de uma busca, seleção, análise e síntese para a construção de um estado da questão. Estratégias/coleta de informações: criou-se uma equação, definiu-se o período de 2014 a 2022, pesquisaram-se as bases de dados: Scopus, Publindex, Redalyc e Google Scholar, encontraram-se 123 documentos, aplicaram-se critérios de exclusão e configurou-se um corpus documental de 61 arquivos. Conclusões: o artigo consolida os seguintes elementos: 1) identificação do corpus documental, 2) análise das tendências teóricas, 3) orientações metodológicas implementadas. Como resultado, fica evidente a necessidade de compreender o sentido e o significado das práticas pedagógicas iniciais na formação inicial em educação a distância em um programa de bacharelado na Colômbia.
