description | The research objective considered examining the perception of chilean teachers about entrepreneurship, innovation and gamification through a non-experimental study of a transversal nature, with a quantitative approach and a descriptive-correlational scope. 106 teachers from six educational establishments were surveyed through a Likert-type questionnaire and a comparative analyzes of mean differences were carried out through ANOVA, t-tests, and Pearson was used to examine the relationships between variables and sociodemographic data. The main findings support the idea that the promotion of innovation, entrepreneurship and gamification in education should not be considered in isolation, but rather as complementary components that can strengthen each other to enrich the teaching-learning process and encourage the development of essential skills in students. It is concluded that there is a solid commitment to innovation in teaching, but it is necessary to consider improvements in the field of entrepreneurship and gamification. |

El objetivo de investigación consideró examinar la percepción de los docentes chilenos acerca del emprendimiento, innovación y gamificación a través de un estudio no experimental de naturaleza transversal, con un enfoque cuantitativo y un alcance descriptivo-correlacional. Se encuestó a 106 docentes de seis establecimientos educacionales a través de un cuestionario tipo Likert y se realizaron análisis comparativos de las diferencias de medias a través de ANOVA, pruebas t y para examinar las relaciones entre variables y datos sociodemográficos se utilizó Pearson. Los principales hallazgos respaldan la idea de que la promoción de la innovación, el emprendimiento y la gamificación en la educación no debe considerarse de manera aislada, sino como componentes complementarios que pueden fortalecerse mutuamente para enriquecer el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y fomentar el desarrollo de habilidades esenciales en los estudiantes. Se concluye que existe un sólido compromiso con la innovación en la enseñanza, pero es necesario considerar mejoras en el ámbito del emprendimiento y la gamificación.
