description Current arts practices have exceeded their limits to the point that a creator is considered to be a deep thinker of her/himself and of the actions that she/ he accomplishes in specific contexts. Therefore, arts practices are formed by the tradition of their disciplines and their numerous transformations, as well as by a high reflexive component around its social function of integrating the community. Based on such a premise, I will deal with some considerations about the national program of visual arts education in the informal field: the research-creation labs (implemented in 2004 under the tutelage of the Ministry of Culture – Arts Department) that have influenced the way of teaching arts in our country and their ways of passing around and articulating with the Regional and National Artists Rooms. The shared reflections are part of the research project: ‘Among institutional discourses and micronarratives. Notes for the construction of a critical look at the visual arts research-creation labs’, which is in process and has its interest focused on discussing the arts practices with respect to the pedagogical practices in the institutional framework they are part of and on demonstrating in this way their tensions.

Las prácticas artísticas actuales han desbordado sus límites hasta el punto de que un ser creador, es un ser pensante de sí mismo y de las acciones que realiza en contextos específicos. De esta manera las prácticas artísticas se constituyen tanto de la tradición de sus disciplinas y sus múltiples transformaciones, como de un alto componente reflexivo en torno a su función social como integradoras de comunidad. Con esta premisa abordaré algunas reflexiones en torno al programa nacional de formación en artes visuales en el ámbito informal: los laboratorios de investigación-creación  implementados en 2004 bajo la tutela de la Dirección de Artes del Ministerio de Cultura), que han incidido tanto en las maneras de enseñar arte en nuestro país, como en sus modos de circulación y articulación con los Salones Regionales y Nacionales de Artistas. Las reflexiones compartidas hacen parte del proyecto de investigación Entrediscursos institucionales y micronarrativas. Apuntes para la construcción de una mirada crítica a los Laboratorios de Investigación Creación en Artes Visuales, que está en curso y cuyo interés se centra en poner en diálogo las prácticas artísticas respecto a las prácticas pedagógicas en el entramado institucional del que hacen parte y evidenciar así sus tensiones. les pratiques artistiques actuelles ont dépassé leurs limites au point qu’un être créateur est un être pensant de lui-même et des actions qu’il réalise dans des contextes spécifiques. de cette manière, les pratiques artistiques se constituent tant de la tradition de leurs disciplines et leurs multiples transformations, que d’un haut composant réflexif autour de leur fonction sociale comme intégratrice de la communauté. à partir de cette prémisse j’aborderai certaines réflexions au sujet du programme national de formation en arts visuels dans le domaine informel: les laboratoires de recherche-création (implémentés en 2004 sous la supervision de la direction des arts du inistère de la culture), qui ont eu des incidences tant dans les manières d’enseigner l’art dans notre pays, que dans les modes de circulation et d’articulation dans les foires régionales et nationales d’artistes. les réflexions partagées font parties du projet de recherche entre les discours institutionnels et micro narratifs. notes pour la construction d’un regard critique sur les laboratoires de recherche de création en arts visuels, qui est en cours et dont l’intérêt est centré sur la mise en dialogue des pratiques artistiques en ce qui concerne les pratiques pédagogiques dans la trame institutionnelle dont elles font partie ce qui permet de mettre ainsi en évidence leurs tensions. As práticas artísticas atuais têm desbordado seus limites até o ponto de que um ser criador é um ser pensante de se mesmo e das ações que realiza em contextos específicos. Desta forma as práticas artísticas se constituem tanto da tradição de suas disciplinas e suas múltiplas transformações, como de um alto componente reflexivo em direção a sua função social como integradoras de comunidade. Com esta premissa abordarei algumas reflexões em torno ao programa nacional de formação em artes visuais no âmbito informal: os laboratórios de investigação – criação (implementados no 2004 sob a tutela da Direção de Artes do Ministério de Cultura), que tem incidido tanto nas maneiras de ensinar arte em nosso país, como em seus modos de circulação e articulação com as Salas Regionais e Nacionais de Artistas.
