description The present paper reports the evaluation of the social and the pedagogical impact of the radio show “Ondas” in San Andres Island, which promotes a culture of science, technology, and innovation in children, teenagers, and youth. This evaluation was conducted in 2011 by a fieldwork in seven educational institutions of the island, where through three lines of analysis (coverage, educational and social) the process results are presented. The first line of analysis focuses on the characteristics of the actors linked to the radio show, the second and third lines present the findings and reflections on the contributions of “Ondas” in terms of learning, actors’ participation, and linking family and community to the process. In the same way recommendations to strengthen the radio show in the department are offered.

El presente escrito reporta la evaluación del impacto social y pedagógico del Programa Ondas en San Andrés Isla, que fomenta una cultura de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, en niños, niñas, adolescentes y jóvenes (NNAJ). Dicha evaluación se realizó en el año 2011 mediante un trabajo de campo en siete instituciones educativas de la isla, donde a través de tres ejes de análisis (cobertura, pedagógico y social) se presentan los resultados de proceso. El primer eje de análisis se centra en las características de los actores vinculados al programa, el segundo y tercer eje presentan los hallazgos y reflexiones en torno a los aportes de Ondas en términos de aprendizaje, participación de sus actores, vinculación de familia y comunidad al proceso. Del mismo modo expone recomendaciones para el fortalecimiento del programa en el departamento.   le présent article rapporte l’évaluation de l’impact social et pédagogique du programme ‘ondas’ réalisé à l’île de san andrés, qui fomente une culture des sciences, technologies et innovation, auprès de garçons et filles, d’adolescents et jeunes gens. cette évaluation a été réalisée en 2011 moyennant un travail sur le terrain dans sept institutions éducatives de l’île, où, à partir de trois axes d’analyse (couverture, pédagogique et social), les résultats des processus sont présentés. le premier axe d’analyse se concentre sur les caractéristiques des acteurs liés au programme, le deuxième et le troisième axe présentent les découvertes et réflexions concernant les apports du programme ‘ondas’ en termes d’apprentissage, de participation des acteurs, de rattachement des familles et de la communauté, au processus. ils exposent également les recommandations pour le renforcement du programme dans le département. O presente escrito reporta a avaliação do impacto social e pedagógico do Programa Ondas em São Andrés Ilha, que promove uma cultura de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação, em crianças, adolescentes e jovens (NNAJ). Dita avaliação se realizou no ano 2011 diante um trabalho de campo em sete instituições de educação da Ilha, onde a traves de três eixos de análise (abrangência, pedagógico e social) se apresentam os resultados do processo. O primeiro eixo da análise se centra nas características dos atores envolvidos ao programa, o segundo e terceiro eixo apresentam os achados e reflexões em volta aos aportes de Ondas em termos de aprendizado, participação dos seus atores, vinculação de família e comunidade ao processo. Além disso, expõem-se recomendações para o fortalecimento do programa no Departamento.
