This favors the assessment of some limitations of the academic program implicit in their career, their experience, and daily practices. Therefore, it is required to reflect and question pedagogical practices happening in the training of these teachers based on ongoing communication with graduates. |

This favors the assessment of some limitations of the academic program implicit in their career, their experience, and daily practices. Therefore, it is required to reflect and question pedagogical practices happening in the training of these teachers based on ongoing communication with graduates. Este artículo de reflexión permite discutir la importancia de espacios de formación acerca de los sujetos sociales. Estas consideraciones se establecen desde los referentes teóricos del tema y el análisis de percepciones recogidas en cuestionarios diligenciados por algunos egresados del programa de Licenciatura en Ciencias Naturales y Educación Ambiental. Lo anterior permite valorar algunas limitaciones en el programa académico que se ven implícitas en el ejercicio profesional en su experiencia y prácticas cotidianas. Por lo tanto, se requiere reflexionar y cuestionar las prácticas pedagógicas que tienen lugar en la formación de estos licenciados que supone estar en comunicación continúa con los graduados. Cet article de réflexion permet de discuter l’importance des espaces de formation des sujets sociaux. Ces considérations sont établies depuis les points de références théoriques du thème et l’analyse des perceptions recueillies dans les questionnaires complétés par plusieurs diplômés du programme de licence en Sciences Naturelles et Éducation Environnementale. Ce qui précède permet d’évaluer certaines limitations du programme académique que l’on retrouve plus implicitement dans l’exercice professionnel, dans l’expérience et les pratiques quotidiennes. De ce fait, il est nécessaire de réfléchir et de questionner les pratiques pédagogiques réalisées lors de la formation de ces licenciés ce qui suppose le maintien d’une communication régulière avec les diplômés. O artigo de reflexão permite discutir a importância de espaços de formação sobre os sujeitos sociais. As considerações se estabelecem desde os referentes teóricos do tema e a análise de percepções recolhidas em questionários preenchidos por alguns ex-alunos do programa de Licenciatura em Ciências Naturais e Educação Ambiental da UPTC. O anterior permite valorizar algumas limitações no programa acadêmico que se notam implícitas no exercício profissional, na sua experiência e práticas diárias. Diante disso se quer refletir e questionar as práticas pedagógicas que tem lugar na formação destes licenciados que supõe estar em comunicação contínua com os graduados.
