description In the preschool teacher degree of the Corporacion Autonoma Universitaria del Cauca, it is revealed a series of tensions caused by the research training process and its influence in qualifying for the degree –among them the difficulties on dealing with the educational research process related to the alma mater established norms, are highlighted. This paper addresses to such tensions from a perspective that respects, above all, the senses and the feelings of a group of ten female teacher trainees who tackle, criticize and propose –from interviews and open and enjoyable writings– the compilation of experiences that provide a series of possibilities that positively affect the research process and the contribution to the development, meaning and sense of being preschool teachers.

En la licenciatura de educación preescolar ofertada por la Corporación Autónoma Universitaria del Cauca se evidencian una serie de tensiones generadas por el proceso adelantado desde la formación investigativa y su incidencia para optar por el título, dentro de las cuales se destacan las dificultades en el abordaje del proceso de investigación formativa en relación a la normativa establecida desde el alma máter. En el presente documento se abordan esas tensiones desde una mirada que respeta ante todo los sentidos y sentimientos de un grupo de diez maestras en formación quienes abordan, critican y proponen —a partir de entrevistas y escritos abiertos y amenos— la recopilación de experiencias al interior que ofrecen una serie de posibilidades que repercuten positivamente en el devenir de la investigación y en el aporte que se le da al desarrollo, significado y sentido del ser maestras en preescolar.  La licence d’éducation préscolaire offerte par la Corporation Autonome Universitaire du Cauca montre une série de tensions créées par le processus mis en oeuvre depuis la formation de recherche et son incidence sur l’option du diplôme, parmi lesquelles l’on souligne les difficultés à aborder le processus de recherche formative en rapport avec les normes établies par l’Alma Mater. Ces tensions sont abordées dans le présent document d’un point de vue respectant avant tout le bons sens et les sentiments d’un groupe de dix maîtres en formation qui abordent, critiquent et proposent —à partir d’entrevues et d’écrits ouverts et agréables— le recueil d’expériences à l’intérieur offrant une série de possibilités répercutant positivement sur le futur de cette recherche et sur l’apport au développement, à la signification et au sens d’être un maître dans le préscolaire. Na licenciatura de educação pré-escolar oferecida pela Corporación Autónoma Universitaria del Cauca se evidenciam uma sucessão de tensões geradas pelo processo desenvolvido desde a formação investigativa e a sua incidência para optar o título, dentre das quais se destacam as dificuldades na abordagem do processo de pesquisa formativa em relação à normativa estabelecida desde a alma mater. No presente documento se abordam as tensões desde uma mirada que respeita antes de mais nada os sentidos e sentimentos de um grupo de dez professoras em formação que abordam, criticam e propõem –a partir de entrevistas e escritos abertos e agradáveis– a recopilação de experiências ao interior que oferecem possibilidades que refletem positivamente no acontecer da pesquisa e na contribuição que se dá ao desenvolvimento, significado e sentido do ser professora em pré-escolar.
