From the organizational structures described by Alvaro Zapata, the distinction between labour and work of Hannah Arendt, Foucault´s monitoringmechanisms and contextualization in Colombia, discusses the low institutional loyalty, the ecrease in informal trust between workers and weakening of institutional knowledge. |
