The term didactic suitability is defined in the theoretical framework of the Ontosemiotic approach of the Knowledge and Mathematical Instruction – EOS, and it is referred to the identification of potential improvements of the process of study which increase this didactic suitability. The Epistemic phase is referred to the mathematical knowledge of the teacher about the mathematical content, like an institutional order whose teaching is planned, implemented and evaluated. The epistemic dimension belongs to one of the components in the model of didactic -mathematical knowledge - CDM, defined in the EOS which is a theoretical framework of research in the Didactics of Mathematics. |

En este artículo se presentan los elementos que constituyen el marco teórico que permite dar respuesta a la pregunta de investigación: ¿Qué conocimiento matemático básico, necesitan los estudiantes de formación matemática, para una enseñanza idónea del objeto Grupo?. El término idoneidad didáctica se define en el marco teórico del Enfoque Ontosemiótico del Conocimiento y la Instrucción Matemática, EOS, y hace referencia a la identificación de potenciales mejoras del proceso de estudio que incrementan esta idoneidad didáctica. La Faceta Epistémica hace referencia a los conocimientos matemáticos del profesor sobre el contenido matemático, como objeto institucional cuya enseñanza se planifica, implementa o evalúa. La dimensión epistémica corresponde a uno de los componentes en el modelo del Conocimiento Didáctico-Matemático, CDM, definido en el EOS, que es un Marco Teórico de investigación en Didáctica de la Matemática.
