El presente artículo del presidente del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca ofrece una perspectiva muy autorizada de la actual crisis de la justicia en Colombia, mediante una serie de fórmulas que fueran presentadas en un simposio organizado por la Uptc en Bogotá conjuntamente con otras universidades y gremios de juristas. El paro judicial convocado por los sindicatos de la rama, es fiel demostración de la situación de crisis que afecta al sector, con unas brechas salariales enormes y con una congestión que demanda una acción urgente para que la rama más desprotegida del poder público sea atendida como corresponde.
